Daily check-in
A gentle few moments to notice mood, energy and what my nervous system is asking for.
SelfCare Haven offers grounding, breathing, body awareness and reflection practices. It works alongside my therapy — it does not replace it.

A gentle few moments to notice mood, energy and what my nervous system is asking for.
Short, paced practices I can use when things feel too much, or too far away.
Imagery-based practices to help me find a steadier place to rest for a moment.
A journal that stays mine, unless I explicitly choose to share it with my therapist.
A soft overview of what I've noticed over time — for my curiosity, not for judgement.
Every kind of sharing is opt-in, visible to me, and can be withdrawn at any time.

A handful of simple anxiety tools — box breathing, extended exhale, 5-4-3-2-1 grounding and feet-on-floor — open to everyone. Nothing is stored and there's no journalling, tracking or therapist connection.

A here-and-now space: check-ins, all grounding, breathing and visualisation practices, and journal writing. Nothing I enter is stored — it clears when I close the app, so mood tracking, patterns and history aren't possible.

Everything in Haven Lite, plus the following: pattern tracking of mood, energy and nervous system states; an upload-to-therapist option; my journal compiled here privately and securely; and EMDR tools for anxiety and when I need them. Sharing anything with my therapist still needs my separate consent.
Anything stored is protected with leading-edge security protocols — encryption in transit and at rest, multi-factor sign-in and strict access controls — and handled in line with GDPR.
SelfCare Haven supports my therapy — it does not replace it. It is not a crisis service. If I need urgent help, I can find emergency services and helplines on the Support services page.
